Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on this Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.

Shipping Information
All items are despatched by first class Royal Mail. Should the value of an order exceed £10.00 then the goods will be despatched by recorded delivery and a signature will be required. Free delivery only applies to UK addresses. For delivery outside the UK please e-mail info@destructionmanual.com.

VAT
All orders include 17.5% VAT (Sales tax).

DVD Pricing
Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure that the pricing shown for all DVD releases is accurate, errors sometimes can occur. In the event of such an instance you will be contacted with an explanation of the problem and asked whether you wish to proceed with the order. Orders are not confirmed until the have been accepted by MEDIA14 Ltd.

Secure Shopping
All transactions on the Destruction Manual website are handled by PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Title of Goods
Title of goods remains with MEDIA14 Ltd. until payment is received in full.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with all purchases made from our site, so we will always endeavour to ensure that your products perform as they should. As a small retailer we are not able to offer an unconditional refund on any purchase unless the product is defective or was despatched incorrectly. To contact us e-mail info@media14.com.

Testing of Faulty Items
If you believe that a DVD is faulty then before returning it to us we advise you to check the disc on a second make and model of machine. Our policy is to test every returned item and if it is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you with a postage charge not exceeding £2.00 per DVD or Video.

Returning Goods To Us
Please contact us for authorisation to return an item as we cannot accept any returned item without prior knowledge. You will be given a Returns Number to assist with tracking of the item. Should the product be found to be defective then the cost of postage will be refunded to you. Carefully repackage the item, and send it to us at:

Severance
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
